A $200 cleaning fine will be charged to your credit card and you will be asked to leave if you smoke in your room.When you leave the room please turn off the fireplace, turn off all the lights and lock the door.Visitors are not permitted; please contact the owner for special arrangements.Local telephone calls are free, for long distance calls please contact the owner. The phones in the rooms are courtesy phone, if you have to use it please keep the conversation as brief as possible.Our check out time is 11:00am for regular rentals and 1:00pm for special occasion packages, if you wish to stay on later, please consult the owner.By signing this form you’ll agree to be responsible for any and all damage caused by you during the duration of your stay. All damages will be charged to your credit card without notice.We never overbook a room thus our cancellation policy is very strict: regular rental 72 hours for a full refund, special packages 1 month for full refund.There is no refund on early departure
