	The Kimono Room $59-$69 Overlooking the backyard garden and beautiful sunsets, this room has a double bed, tv, coffee maker, dresser, fridge, microwave, shared bathroom.

	The Orient Room $109-$129 Relax in the double-seated, extra deep, 70-jet jacuzzi tub and enjoy the view as the sun sets over the back yard garden. This luxurious room has a queen size bed, TV, VCR, stereo, en suite bathroom .





	The Eastern Room $69-$79 has its own private balcony, a dining area with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, TV, VCR, a shared bathroom and comfy day bed that turns into 2 separate twin beds.





	The Orient Suite $169 combines both the Eastern Room and the Orient room to provide a spacious suite.
	The Spa Suite $189 and up. This spacious suite has a large living room with a four-seater hot tub, fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, a private bathroom with a two-headed shower, a private dining room with a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and two bedrooms. The Spa Room has a queen size bed, love seat and dressing room. The Verona Room has a double bed, dresser and a window overlooking the backyard gardens.

	Cancellation policy: regular rentals 3 days for a full refund, packages 1 month for a full refund- we are small bed and breakfast we respect your reservation and never overbook a room, thus our cancellation policy is very strict

	Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets but we are happy to recommend nearby kennels

	Our Home is Smoke free but feel free to step outside to smoke
