	The Kimono Room $69-$79 Overlooking the backyard garden and beautiful sunsets, this room has a double bed, tv, coffee maker, dresser, fridge, microwave, dvd/vcr, private bathroom.

	The Spa Suite $199 and up. This spacious suite has a large living room with a four-seater hot tub, fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, a private bathroom with a two-headed shower, a private dining room with a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and two bedrooms. The Spa Room$89 has a queen size bed, love seat and dressing room. The Verona Room$79 has a queen size bed, dresser and a window overlooking the backyard gardens.

	Cancellation policy: regular rentals 3 days for a full refund, packages 1 month for a full refund- we are small bed and breakfast we respect your reservation and never overbook a room, thus our cancellation policy is very strict

	Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets but we are happy to recommend nearby kennels
